I used to live in Miami and moved away and this is ALWAYS my Starbucks of choice when I am in the area. It's conveniently located at the intersection of 2 major stop lights and has a convenient drive-thru with quick service

Is there a trophy for the worst chain location? I mean the very worst in the entire US of A? I mean honestly. I've been to Starbucks in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, in the boonies, in the hood (well as close to the hood as Starbucks goes) and this is by far the suckiest experience I've ever had. I don't even think I've ever had a sucky experience until now. Is that another trophy? It's midterms week, which means it's coffee week, duh. I had a long night of exams coming up, so I needed to go on a run. Now I was going to go to Alaska (the coffee shop not the state -- focus focus focus) and get their coffee of the day, but I was getting two coffees and it's really hard driving with two coffees when their coffee is super freaking hot and I have to hold one, so I went to Starbucks instead. I chose the drive thru because I felt like it. And scene. Me : Hi can I have two medium blonde coffees? Her : Do you mean the grande blonde roast? Me : (pause) Yes. With cream, please. Her : $4.26* at the window At this point, I'm chillin. Even though she irritated me by the whole do-you-mean thing like girl a blonde is a blonde. If I wanted something fancy I would order that. Secondly, we all know that Starbucks has their specially names sizes but don't nobody got time to remember all that. Hfsivhbfsbhvjbsvrkhbfs khfsvhk. While waiting in the drive thru I see the car in front of me pull up to the window, and the girl that took the orders hands the lady in the car a drink -- looks like one of their teavanas. The lady doesn't even take the drink and apparently the order was wrong, so they have to make her a drink again. 5 more minutes of waiting. I'm not impatient at all but geez what a way to just throw on some extra time. I pull up, grab my coffees and go home. Get inside, take the top off, noooooooo kinda cream in the coffees. It's just like, do your job girl. It's simple. Starbucks does coffee. It does coffee right. That's why people spend hundreds of dollars there with no hesitation. If this chick was new, then she needs someone supervising her or something. I called and Gracie answered, saying that I would have a certificate waiting for me at the store, but it's a hassle to go out of my way to go there so I just won't be going back. Take it from me, just keep going south on Biscayne and make a right at the light. Alaska Coffee Roasting is on the right side and it is so much better. Can a girl just get some coffee.

I've been to this particular Starbucks the most out of all in the Miami area because it's near to where I stay when I'm in town. Like many Starbucks there always seem to be people working on notebooks in the couch area which here isn't that big near the front. There really isn't that much seating here. There's about 4 or 5 tables outside. Right in front of the door there's a table which to me seems really out of place. The other outdoor tables are off to the side but the place is always surrounded by cars. The drive through to this really clogs things up at this Starbucks. Because of the line of cars due to the drive through, it's a pain to get a parking spot because all the line of cars basically block the spots. Getting in and out can be difficult because of this. I I ordered the largest Fizzio ginger aie and it was really large but it was almost half ice. I enjoy the Teavana drinks but the Fizzio was a nice change.

I give 2 stars because it's not the best of the Starbucks locations I've been to. I usually order the same beverage every time I go whether it be hot or cold and the flavor is never consistent. The baristas need to learn the recipes; I either get too much coffee or not enough. Once all I got was milk and foam! I had to call them to complain and Justin, I think, was very apologetic, told me to come back the next day to give me the correct order since I was already too far away to drive back. Justin earned the 3rd star for this place.

Unfortunately, the drive through tends to have long lines in a bad parking lot. Hard to park, wait in line, pull out of spot, etc

I love this place i go there twice a day and there is not one time im unhappy fron the customer service in the drive thru to the custimer service as a walk in vwry knowledgeable about their products. Thanks to john and the girls in the drive threw.

Very disappointed. The last couple of times I have been to this Starbucks I have been let down. The first issue was a couple days ago, I ordered a peppermint mocha from the drive-through and unfortunately didn't check the order at the window. As soon as I took my first sip I knew something was missing...the milk. So I was left with black coffee and peppermint flavor. Ewwww. The second issue happened this morning at 5:40am, I pulled up to the order window to place my order and waited and waited but no one ever ask for my order so I pulled up to the window. I see a worker outside setting up chairs but she never acknowledges me or even looks in my direction. Once I get to the main window I see nothing not a single person anywhere inside so I wait a couple minute but nothing. McDonalds here I come.

"Pull up to the scene with the ceiling missing!" Oh my bad, I was meaning to say "Pull up to the drive thru for my chai tea latte" Ohhhh how I LOVE a drive thru. I come here often whenever I'm in the neighborhood and need my chai fix. I've never been inside so I cant comment on the interior but everything I have come to the drive through there's only a few ppl in front of my, if any, and i'm in and out within a few minutes. PERFECT

Worst cinnamon dolce coffee from Starbucks I've ever had. The drive through here is really convenient if you want to get coffee from the worst quality Starbucks around. Maybe I just got a new staff member but I watched two people complain about their drinks after not saying anything and thinking mine tasted funky.. You're better off driving north to the newish location near i95 163 or Aventura location.

This Starbucks is extremely small for a store. They do offer drive through but the lines are so long that if you park anywhere near the front of the store cars will certainly block you in. Now inside the employees are very nice and helpful and they make decent coffee. If only this location was larger I would give it a higher score.

Michael C.
Gotta say for Starbucks this one stands out. I always get a great cup of coffee and the drive through service is QUICK!! Inside the store is on the small side but a lot of people sit outside. The parking lot is a little confusing due to the drive through but overall this a great place to go.

Decent coffee and service. They are way too lenient on vagrants who stand outside and hustle. Also, outdoor patio space abuts to drive thru lane. Inhale espresso with a shot of exhaust fumes. On thanksgiving 2012, some guy trying to sell $100 puppy right outside entrance. Terrible.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks stores, and I'm not a guy who drinks coffee regularly (or Starbucks for that matter). I have never actually gone inside but I have seen through the front door that it looks pretty nice in there. I have only been through the drive-thru line , which has always moved at a decent pace, gotten my order(s) correct, and has staffed friendly baristas to man the window. Very convenient on the way to work.

Who doesn't love a drive thru Starbucks? And how about one that moves faster than your average fast food drive thru? Yeah! Para, pa pa paaaa...I'm lovin' it! This location has a barista outside taking and expediting orders for those in the drive thru line. This makes everything so quick and easy! It must be faster than going inside! Hot drinks (not the lukewarm trend I've recently encountered). All in all, Starbucks in the morning no longer requires me to take an extra 15 minutes from my precious sleeping time just to get my fix.

I've been house sitting for what seems like forevs and my inconsiderate friend does not have a coffee pot at home ::enter starbucks:: This Starbux is located on the corner of 135th and Biscayne and it is a hotbed of activity. At any given time, you can find all sorts of characters scurrying for their "cup a joe". My favorite is a "triple Venti White Chocolate Mocha with whip" milk, whip, white chocolate syrup 3 shots of espresso- gimme everything big!!! This location has a 24 hour drive thru- OMG, heart palpitations ensue. No matter the time of day or night, you can get your caffeine craving satiated by whatever your poison is. Now, not ALL the barristas here have the amazing coffee charisma as one Felipe. This dude is the shizz! As I take advantage of the free wi-fi and peruse my fellow yelpers reviews he asks me about Yelp and what I am doing. He also mentioned that If I so care to review this place if I could mention that he's looking for a "few good men" Let me just mention that whilst I sit here, there are about 7 other people on laptops utilizing their free wi-fi and I am the ONLY one that purchased something. So there it is. If you are in the area, need your coffee fix and perhaps want to chat it up with a funny, friendly staff and need free wi-fi with no hassles come to the Starbux on 135th and Biscayne.

So I tried to check-in to this Starbucks and noticed that it didn't come up on the YELP map. I am still blown away because this place has been here for years but it's cool I'll take one for the team. :D The drive thru is what makes this location stand out from all the rest... other than that... it's your typical Starbucks. They do have plenty of outside seating but not a whole lot inside so it's not the best location if you need a power source. Oh and I tried an iced pumkin latte today cuz I am sick of all their other drinks and I must say it was pretty good. I had the lovely barista add another shot because otherwise it's wayyy too sweet.

The Starbucks on Biscayne & 135th is open 24 hours! This makes me happy for those times when I'm up late or hanging out and need a coffee fix.
